Citizens Bank tasked Ogilvy intern teams to pitch campaign ideas that would cut through the noise of financial misinformation on social media and position Citizens as the go-to financial mentor for Gen-Z and young Millenials. Team 3 decided to take some notes from Norway, the country with the highest literacy rates, and built a creative strategy to help guide the youth in their path to financial literacy. The team then tapped into nostalgia elements to create a mini-game platform to practice their financial skills. This campaign proves that while the United States may lack the curriculum for effective financial education, Citizens has the ability to teach the skills you wish you had learned in the classroom.
